We were pleased to welcome the Earl and Countess of Sandwich to Furleigh Estate early in 2019. They came to put the finishing touches to their very own sparkling wine which is to be called Montagu Cuvée. (Montagu is the Earl’s family name.) This premium quality sparkling wine is now ready and available from the Mapperton Estate website.

Mapperton Estate is now run by Luke Montagu, who is the Earl’s eldest son. Luke and his wife Julie are building Mapperton into a fairy-tale wedding venue. What could be more appropriate than their own sparkling wine? Wedding guests can now toast the happy couple with Montague Cuvée knowing it is made just a few miles away at Furleigh Estate.
